A wedding at the Farm

The Wedding

Every time, I am lucky enough to do a wedding at the Farm in the Yarra Valley I know that I am in for a treat.Laura and Mark's wedding was no exception.  With stunning views over beautiful gardens and vineyards, this was the perfect location for an intimate and family focused wedding. This lovely couple just wanted to have an amazing day surrounded by all the people who love them.  Therefore they chose a mid week day to get married.  (who says you have to get married on a Saturday at 5pm). It doesn't matter what day you get married, it is about who you are sharing it with and the people you love. With their family, many of whom travelled from New Zealand, and their friends who they consider family, this was one very special occasion.Have a look at these beautiful photos captured by the lovely Tizia May.  In one of them, you will see a tender moment between Mark and his grandfather doing the Hongi.  In this particular photo you see love, pride, joy, heritage and happiness.  This is what weddings are all about.  They allow moments like this to happen.  And how lucky am I to be there to have a front row seat.Wedding guests at The Farm  Bride and her father at The Farm WeddingGroom waiting on his bride at The Farm Wedding Party at The FarmThe Farm Wedding Happy couple at the Farm wedding Wedding ceremony at the Farm celebrant at wedding at the farmWedding kiss at the Farm Post wedding smiles at The farmsigning table at The Farm Wedding confetti shower at The Farm Weddinghongi at the Farm WeddingCultural wedding at the FarmCouple strolling after Wedding at the farmthe Farm Yarra Valley Wedding

Oh my gosh, what a gem Fiona truly is! From the moment we first met with Fiona we both knew she was the right Celebrant for us. She is a beautiful person, she loves what she does and she prides herself on creating the ceremony to perfectly suit the couple.Fiona's business tools are extremely professional, yet easy to navigate and use and most importantly they get the information out of you that helps Fiona know who you are and what your ceremony should represent.Fiona shared with us many great suggestions and ideas of personalising and relaxing the ceremony, she wanted to know more about us and our family and her delivery on the day was perfect, beautiful and heartwarming. So many of our guests commented on just how great she is.Fiona we thank you for taking our idea of the perfect relaxed, fun ceremony and making it a perfect reality and of course - thank you for being you!Much Love Laura & Mark xoxo Thank you Laura & Mark for inviting me so warmly into your lives.  And for inviting me to be a part of you special wedding at the Farm.Celebrant:                Fiona Garrivan Celebrant Wedding Venue:       The FarmFlorist                      Debbie O'NeilMusicians              Simply Borrowed
