Anthony & Isabelle's Melbourne wedding

Anthony & Isabelle had to try and navigate the rollercoaster of organising their Melbourne wedding while in the middle of a global pandemic.And after numerous date changes, venue changes and last minute border closures - throughout it all they remained as easy going as ever. Like so many they handled it with acceptance and grace.Anthony & Isabelle are the sort of people you instantly fall in love with. They are incredibly warm and kind and you instantly feel comfortable in their presence. And they also love to enjoy themselves.Ditching tradition, they decided to walk into the ceremony space together to the sound of "Got my mind set on you" and the rapturous applause of all their loved ones, including the guests online.
Despite Isabelle's parents being unable to be there from Perth due to the restrictions in place at the time, they were a really important part of the celebrations. They were able to join us via zoom and I shared some lovely words on their behalf.
During their ceremony, we acknowledge both sets of parents and what an example of marriage they have shown them over the years. Each set of parents have over 30 years marriage experience, which is a great source of inspiration for Anthony & Isabelle.

Fiona was incredible in organizing and officiating Isabelle & I's ceremony. Throughout the whole process, she was incredibly accommodating with any changes that we had to make because of COVID-19 restrictions, she was always available for any questions or ideas that we had and helped made the lead up very smooth and easy. On the day, Fiona spoke beautifully, mixing in emotion and humour seamlessly. Everyone at the ceremony spoke highly of her and we think she was absolutely perfect for us! Would highly recommend Fiona to do any wedding. You are the best Fiona!
