Wedding at Dalywaters
I first met Leona and Mark a few years ago when their good friends, Jenni & Pauric got married. They shared with me their news that they were were currently planning their wedding at Dalywaters. So you can only imagine my excitement to receive their email asking me if I could marry them.Of course I didn't hesitate to say yes. When we caught up to complete the paperwork, it was like catching up with old friends. Mark and Leona are the sort of people you meet, that leave a lasting impression. They are warm and engaging and very easy to get along with. It was no surprise on their wedding day to see so many of their special people come together to surround them with their love. Many of their guests, had travelled from overseas and interstate to spend the day with them. And what a day it was. Just a few weeks later - our world looked very different. Coronavirus wasn't even a word we were familiar with on this glorious day.Enjoy these moments captured by the lovely Michelle Praght on how the day unfolded.
Review
Fiona is not only an extremely competent Celebrant but also a wonderful person in general. Our wedding day went perfectly and Fiona played an integral role in that. From our initial meeting with Fiona, we felt so comfortable and confident that she would coordinate the ceremony as we desired. Fiona's attention to detail is exceptional and she genuinely invested the time and effort to understand our relationship which enabled her to personalise the ceremony. There were a number of our friends that approached us after the ceremony to complement Fiona on what an amazing job she did.I could not recommend Fiona highly enough and we will definitely stay in touch as she is such a personable and caring person.
